I've worked in offices where the level of aptitude and hard work demonstrated by Dunder Mifflin Scranton was applicable, so while I agree with every point you make, it sadly doesn't feel unrealistic on the show… until a bunch of coffee-crazed employees tore up carpet from the floor.
