Actually, Kato, that's exactly what it means.

This is my favorite show on tv right now.  There are people on both sides of the discussion, just seems like the detractors are more vocal.  The dialogue and depictions of sex are both extremely realistic, and the characters look like normal people.  I'm not sure why this is such a bad thing in a television show.

I love Jenn and Wye Oak (found out about them thanks to AV Club!), but having singers talk about writing songs is such an inherently self-indulgent exercise, its hard to watch any of these without thinking of jerking off, no matter how self effacing or humble the artist is.  It is a great song though
