One that never really cared about how the mechanics of its world worked, and always put doing something fun or cool ahead of logical sense?

Okay, that ending made me laugh out loud.

"(Meanwhile, somewhere in L.A., an actor grumbles quietly about his exposed distinction being referred to as “subtle.”)"

You can show a head that HAS BEEN hacked off; actually showing the hacking is a different story.

Head Six's physical impact on Baltar seemed like standard "your mind makes it real" stuff. And the Cylons were so enigmatic and inscrutable early on that it never seemed strange to me that they wouldn't mention putting a chip in Baltar's head, assuming the other Cylons are even aware of it and it's not something Six

Although, in Season 1 and the mini-series, all the spiritual stuff was just something that the characters believed; there was no sign of it being something that objectively exists until Season 2.

It also doesn't seem to integrate its crime story well into the BSG world.

I haven't seen the show, but those lines sound HILARIOUS.

"Here's where you are wrong, my friend: this woman has killed before."

The only thing besides Community I liked about Yahoo Screen were allof their old Saturday Night Live clips. I'm crossing my fingers that those might now get picked up by a streaming site with a more functional video player.

Agreed. I have plenty of dreams where I'm watching something occur from a sort of overhead viewer perspective.

Depends what you mean by "procedural". Each of the original stories does follow Holmes and Watson investigating a particular case. However, the cases come in such a wide variety (in one story, Watson notes that a number of them don't even involve actual crimes) that there's no standard procedure or formula for their

I'd give that accolade to the TV Club Classic reviews of Cheers, but the Twilight Zone reviews are pretty damn good, too.
