The soundtrack to the PS1 JRPG Chrono Cross is a favorite of mine. And as some other commenters have mentioned, the OST to Bastion is excellent.

I adore this entire mix. The Destiny's Child/10cc mix has a special place in my heart. And as Windmill Owner mentioned, they are diabolical geniuses with their live mixes. Their 24 hours of Radio Soulwax mixes are very much worth checking out as well!
