If he is in on it, he has only been in on it since the eighth/ninth episode. We did catch a glimpse, but an edited one. There was a (potentially important) time lapse between the eighth and ninth episode, which was Nazir and Brody's conversation. Which we are only given small bits of. The rest we have to trust Brody…

Has that "is he or isn't he?" dynamic ever left? I think it would make the show worse for it to, for some reason, not play that angle into the next season. I mean we have to find out if he's really innocent or not, right?

There are holes though. I agree. If he wants everyone to believe it wasn't him then, I would assume, he wasn't planning to die in the attack. (Unless he for some reason thought he'd look like a bystander.) Which is why I thought the video was released by the terrorists. And with the video being released, he really has…

Or that this time, seeing as he essentially assumed the role of a man who no longer truly has anything (besides his feelings for Carrie, and his faith for Allah) was ready to really go through with it. The key to this whole con is making everyone actually believe it wasn't him, family and all. It worked so well in…

They do play the Carrie is always right angle quite a bit. I guess I just find it kind of frustrating because, for someone who is always right, the fact that she would make such an on the spot, irrational, decision that he is innocent seems unbelievable. I feel like there has to be some inkling of doubt in her that he…

Solid points. The only thing I can say as far as drawing attention to it would be guilt. As Carrie mentions he looks a little off after she says she wants to leave with him, and by mentioning that fact about the car, it would be easier to twist her head. Where he could say the same thing, why would I want to draw…

Brody was totally in on it, right? After the explosion Brody rattled my brain like he did Carrie's trying to get me to believe he was set up, right? I'm not crazy? Him being in on it makes a lot of his actions and strong feelings for Carrie seem believable. I do think he obviously feels for Carrie but is it realistic…

Carrie will walk into that room and use her interrogation magic on Nazir and the episode will end with a montage of Nazir flying back to the middle east while "New Year" plays over it.
