speaking as a NOVA resident who has driven to Gettysburg (outlets, no state sales tax!) 2 hours is very reasonable if there is no traffic on 495.  The run goes like this 495 > 270 > 15.  The 495 to 270 is the biggest question mark.  It can take about an hour  just to get to 15 on a good day, but 2 hours on a bad one…
