NBC (I think) made those shows because they were already sold to over sees markets. Hence, they were given money to make the show.
But their entire relationship is founded on a closeness and trust and Lorelai saying that is her extinguishing it all (momentarily) in a fit of panic and hurt.
I've always loved the Santa that Luke makes for her. I'm sure it's disgusting, but it's also a really nice gesture.
The line is just so damned clunky. In a show that's literally brimming with incredibly fast wit, that line is so moronic. Couldn't he have added a pop-culture reference of some sort? Because, yano, that's a well the show NEVER goes to.
I got a Hung notification for this?
I hear in Twelve Years a Slave there is an extended close up of his butthole. All one continuous take, a la Haneke.
They will feature prominently as the titular paintings.
I have no idea what you mean…
I want a Sally and Roger spin off where they solve crime, and maybe each week, they grow a little closer.
I know, I read the article at the time, but it's not really the same as individual reviews. What I love about this site is the dissection of the shows and giddily comparing favourite moments or scenes from an episode with other people in the comments. I forgot that I was following this show. I think the vast majority of people have moved onto something else by this point. If the site is covering Netflix shows in the future, can they please be released closer to the release of the show. Ryan has clearly put a lot of work in these reviews, and it feels like they're…
I'm straight, but I really loved "Weekend". I just found is so powerful. I probably could have done without the explicit sex, but I just really love naturalistic language and conversations that feel real. It really doesn't matter if it's gay or straight, it's a really beautiful love story.
We all love Dons
We all want to be Peggys
We are all actually Petes
I'm currently a Sam, and it appears as though I'm going to finish off my second level education as a Sam. Good grief.
Unfortunately, Amy in Enlightened.
I was largely ambivalent about her entire existence…and then she made that comment about Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.
Oh, really? I always thought it was really nice. One of my favourite scenes in GG is when Paris is over and talks to Rory about losing her virginity. Lorelai comes in and hears the end of the conversation. I always thought it was nice how proud she looked. Just a really sweet moment.
You misspelled Jess
JESS AND DEAN 4 EVA!!!!! - fixed it.
"Amy, we knew this was going to happen"
"Did we though?"
