Apologies!
Apologies!
I'm with you on Upstream Color; I think I've watched Primer maybe a dozen times by now, but I found UC to be indulgent and tedious, even if I could respect the filmmaking that went into it. I should probably give it a second chance someday, but the first try did not go well.
If half the comment section mentioned it, why the hell do you need me?
Couple things:
1. I reviewed all of TOS. Every darn episode, for this website. It's still there! And yes, I realized the "purge" idea goes all the way back to to "Return Of The Archons."
2. I was going to mention this, in Stray Observations. However.
2a. Rick spends the _entire_ episode referring to it as a "purge"…
Conversely, I could do something that _wouldn't_ flat out fucking kill me.
Is it weird that reading about Alien: Isolation makes me nostalgic to play it again, even though I pretty much gave up after I finally started having to hide from the alien? It's not? And asking these questions is a pretty lame rhetorical device that gets increasingly uninteresting the more I use it? Okay.
I've had night terrors every night this week, so maybe I should just avoid this one.
No, no, no. It's about a Frog who _was_ having sex with a Pig, and is no longer having sex with that Pig, but is also now having sex with a _different_ Pig.
About a year or so. And while I get your point, the things that bothered me about it weren't things that had become old hat; I found the storytelling style really, _really_ annoying.
Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich? Malkovich Malkovich; Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich Malkovich.
I watched all of the first season of Heroes on the recommendation of my friends and found it really, really irritating. The idea that it got _worse_ is terrifying to me.
Because I err on the side of politeness. And I like Jack Coleman.
Huh, I hadn't even heard of that.
I loved VS. when I played it. I still think I prefer it to Magic. Not have to worry about mana screw is sweet. (Although if you miss a drop, you are fuuuuuuuucked.)
Been there. This is pretty much why I quit CCGs. In my case it was VS., not Magic, although I've played a lot of Magic. I found I was good enough to not be a complete scrub, and I understood the basics of the game enough to think about how to manipulate and work around the rules (which is one of the keys to good play,…
…touche. (Oh shit, 1999 is on the phone and it wants its insult structure back.)
It's a mark of how effective the first movie is that they managed to make an Insane Clown Posse outcast into a credible threat.
I dunno, I thought the scariest part of the first SINISTER was the faux-snuff films. The soundtrack was good! But those fucking home movies _destroyed_ me.
<sighs> Fine, I'll get the _fancy_ wine on my way home tonight. But we're still not going to your mother's this weekend.
Possibly. It could also be that Dan Harmon knows Keith David now, and Keith David has an awesome voice. (Sounds like he's in next week's episode too.)
