Yes, but not about this.
Yes, but not about this.
Wow, you are reading an awful lot into, like, three lines.
I don't hate you. Feel a bit sad for you, but I don't hate you. Why would I hate you?
There are _so many_ jokes I missed. I think if I had to review this show regularly I'd have a nervous breakdown.
Mulder _isn't_ a saint, but I do think the show's writers (*cough* Chris Carter *cough*) occasionally forget this, which is never a good idea.
I refuse to be Hank.
You're not sorry. YOU'RE NOT SORRY AT ALL.
I think Todd are very much in agreement on finales in general.
"Was anyone REALLY surprised that Miriam Lass was alive?"
"Hopefully they will handle it more tastefully, I do trust Bryan Fuller, but still I am leery of this."
Oh, I didn't take it as a shot at me! I just thought it was funny.
It is weird, but not entirely unsurprising, that I apparently don't even qualify to be a _relatively_ hardcore Trekkie. (I mean, I never really considered myself one, but still.)
Yeah, this was a fucking stupid post. Sorry it bummed you out—I was younger and very, very dumb.
Aw. Very kind of you.
"Is it wrong that I objectively found the Bev presentation to be beautiful?"
I'm not criticizing the episode for not being self-contained; merely observing that, as it's constructed, it's kind of a pain in the tail to "review." I think closing out the final season with a multi-part epic is a really fascinating idea, and I'm eager to see how it plays out.
I wrote this review fast (faster than usual, even) due to some personal scheduling stuff, and I regret not getting into the whole "Section 31 exploits Bashir's fundamental decency" thing. Because that is great—how do you even fight someone like that?
The other half are incomprehensible the way Taupin writes. SICK BURN
I've known it was "electric boots" for years, and I _still_ always think he's singing "boobs."
I forgot to mention this in Stray Observations, but I like how Summer uses the Monkey's Paw to help Mr. Needful, and doesn't get any ironic punishment for it because she's saving the Devil, which, well, there you go.
