The winner of Murder In Small Town X was an NYC firefighter who got
killed in 9/11 attack shortly after the show, so I always feel some
bitter sweetness whenever I hear anything about that show.

And Nick Stahl is the lost triplet.
He's regarded as British maybe?
I was surprised to see Chaplin and Nolan on this list.
