@Little Emma: I've been to 10 of the known Mystery Spots in the US and ironically as a current Michigander, I've only been to one of our Mystery Spots. http://fremontlibraries.wor…

On a Viewer Mail sequence on David Letterman, he visited a teenager viewer's home. She was at work but her younger brother let him into her room and while he was looking through her stuff, Dave held up a Phil Collins album and adlibbed, "Boy, this guy could sure use some exposure." I couldn't find the video to prove…
I wasn't a huge Genesis fan at the time but I had some disposable income and went to see Genesis at the acoustically imperfect Cobo Arena in Detroit on the Abacab tour. It was an incredible sound and light show. This brings back memories. Thanks AVClub!
Now, I don't keep roadtrip binders but I do research the quirky americana kind of roadside attractions before leaving on roadtrips and if the opportunity presents itself, I'll go see the largest pecan, Rustoleum outdoor test field, the site of the only American Revolutionary "battle" in Delaware, American…
Wait? You mean there will be no ringbear????
Rex Reed was the only reason I almost did not purchase "Myra Breckinridge". Luckily my childhhood infatuation with Farrah and Raquel won the day.
That's the first thing that popped into my head when I read the headline.
A Korra first season recap by the Ember Island Players (assuming they're still together) would be amazing. Or maybe just fill in some of Aang's adventures before he died. So much potential.
I agree with all but your last 5 choices. CBS blows, generally speaking.
And with that my DVR is deprogrammed from recording CBS between 10:00 - 11:00PM EDT. I really have nothing to add. Except that.
I have a similar ff problem: I won our championships the first two years I played and I've spent the last 8 years talking smack about being the only 2 time champion in the league eventhough I've only made the playoffs once. I feel sad now.
I loved college and my then 4 year old niece said it best about the dormitory: "You have the best house in the whole world because all your friends live with you." You are free to explore new music, new subjects, new activities with new people you will meet. Enjoy it!
I would use the TV Club 10 but all the series they have reviewed, I've already watched. It's great reliving some of the shows from my young youth (like "The Fugitive") as TV was my favorite babysitter in the 60's.
I remember watching some of the last season and being glued to our basement floor watching the finale. Alas, we didn't get a color tv until after this show was over. It set up my early expectation that all shows wrap up neatly after a certain amount of time.
…oh no, oh no… Nice obscure SO reference.
He's tied inexplicably to the numbers that were once incredibly significant and then they became near coincidences. He was just doing his thing, trying to make it on this big old ball of dirt, just like everybody else.
As long as we're not talking about a coccoon, I'm with you.
"Phil? Phil Connors?"
When is it returning? I'm a lazy person.
Angie has the "Angie Bounce" going for her. She can't seem to stand still too long. That's a good thing.
