It's a shame you guys didn't wait for this to premiere to put together your
"The Brady Nod" inventory.

This and Prometheus appear to have a lot of people underwhelmed this weekend.

Plot holes aside, I was let down by not watching Promo-theus in IMAX. It's gorgeous and I want to see it again for a better visual experience, but don't know if its silliness will keep me from doing so.

I don't know which AMC show had its best season within the past year: Breaking Bad or Mad Men. Both have been phenomenal for different reasons. Sadly, another week of The Killing before it's hopefully taken out for a mercy kill and some other poor schmuck can spend two years investigating the death of that show.

The first season of Man v Food was entertaining, but watching Adam Richman continue to gain weight (and really, who would expect different?) in the next season and after made it depressing, which is a shame because he's a likable enough host for this type of gluttony. Best Sandwich in America sounds like a missed

I just watched The Contender this weekend and it had an interesting treatment (for the late 90s at least) about sex, privacy and politics that never really paid off. I got his message, but overall the movie came off as kind of pointless, which is the same assessment I have of Straw Dogs.

I wanted to see Moonrise Kingdom but didn't want to travel 20 minutes to Hollywood. So I saw The Chernobyl Diaries instead.

50,000 people used to live here. Now it's a ghost town.
