ok, so…
i'm still a little confused. was the robbery attempt that jesse thwarted a set-up from gus, or was that actually real and unplanned?

while i was watching this episode, i couldn't help but wonder if it could be part of a stepping stone for holder and linden to hook up in the future. i don't think there's a very good chance of that happening, and i hope i'm not alone in thinking that that would be a TERRIBLE idea, but on a lesser show i could see

TERIYAKI ISN'T FROM CHINA?????

new york
yep, i'll have to admit that this episode was markedly better than the majority of season 2, but it's not enough for me to call it quits after this.

peas
this episode deserved at least a D simply because of the Black Eyed Peas performing. I don't Ultra Hate them like seemingly every other critic on this website, but that song was TERRIBLE

late night
did anyone see Mirielle Enos on Jimmy Fallon last week? she actually cleans up pretty nice when she's not dressed in a frumpy sweater and a ponytail.

i can't believe you didn't mention how unbelievably schmaltzy the scene was with Darren in the bar. as soon as that song came on, i just tuned out because all it was saying was THIS IS A REALLY MELANCHOLY SCENE! IT MAKES DARREN SEEM LIKE SUCH A TRAGIC SOUL!

my favorite moment of "Lil Sebastian" was the quick cutaway to the flag at half-mast. maybe it was just me, but i found the tiny-ness of the flag compared to the big flagpole hilarious. it said quite a bit about Pawnee and the entire government, and how they somehow can't afford a proportional flag outside of their

star wars
i'm glad as well that the Star Wars premise wasn't crammed in there as well, but i kinda if ever there was a more perfect scenario for someone to yell "IT'S A TRAP!" it would've been this one.

broadway
it hadn't occured to me for them to make a "Book of Mormon" reference, but i was half expecting at least a few jokes about Spiderman- Turn off the Dark.

this sucks
I miss Breaking Bad

bennett's wife
i haven't read every single comment yet, but am i the only one who is now suspicious of bennett's wife? i know she's like 9 months pregnant, but she could've at least had a part in it. maybe she found out that her husband was doing the same thing he had done with her.

uh
but this show IS different, everybody! it has a black guy!

bob's burgers
bob's burgers seems to already have a go-to plot in mind, where linda has some crazy idea that involves using the restaurant/their house in a semi-unconventional way. so far it hasn't necessarily yielded any bad results, but that well could dry up quickly. it's still the only show that i look forward

strategy
I don't know how this could have been calculated by the scientists, but I liked Watson's "strategy" throughout the 3 days. Speaking as an avid, yet amateur, Jeopardy viewer, the game is easier if you start at the top of a category and continue until the last clue. Watson almost always began a category near
