Just watched the episode again… remember when Bronn and Jamie were being served wine or ale at the Frey's for dinner, and Bronn makes a comment about the way the servant girl looks at Jamie? I believe that is the same girl who Arya dresses up as to kill Walder Frey.

It was interesting how the scene with him being served the pie echoed the story Bran told about the chef who was turned into a rat.

Looks like King Robert!

Yes! Apparently, the prophecy about the younger, more beautiful queen unseating her refers to Dany, not Margarey.

Sometimes, when reading the latest cinematic offerings, I picture a conversation in a Hollywood boardroom. It goes something like this:

Upvote for using the correct past tense form of "sneak." Bravo, Sir!

There's the fact, too, that she's Lysa's niece.

I think she was pretty sure he would f*ck it up somehow.

It was really too bad we didn't get any scenes of him, Tonks, ShaggyDog, on the road, in order to get to know him better. It wouldn't have killed any suspense as to what they were up to, and it would have made us care more about his death.

Ser Davos and his response to Tormund's nightcap offer: "That sounds delicious, BUT…" he has got to be the world's most polite pirate/smuggler.

Let us call her Lady Bolton. <3

The thing about Ramsay dying is I don't think there is any death that could come to him that would bring catharsis to the audience. I feel like you could torture him, and he would laugh at you.

Do you mean the odds? In any case, I think if there is a big battle, and some true extras/background people get mowed down, it means "no one" died. So if a "nobody" dies, then "no one" dies.

Given that Ramsay apparently feeds his dogs corpses (eg: his co-sadist lady love) I'm surprised those creatures look so lean and mean. They would be downright obese.

If Jon Snow dies (again) on this show, they'll have to do the thing like they did in South Park when Chef died: go through pains to show he didn't survive, then have Melisandre stand over him and say, "A headless man cannot be resurrected."

I think you're right. The Blackfish had shown nothing but contempt for him. However, it did seem unlikely that the Freys would kill Edmure: he was their one bargaining chip.

Oh my goodness! I missed Diana Rigg! Do you remember what part she played? (I can look it up, but it's more fun to discuss…)

It's tricky! I feel like a show where people come back from the dead and people are assumed-dead-but-not dead has a pics-or-it-didn't-happen responsibility.

The Blackfish would certainly be on the top of my list of People to Be Resurrected. C'mon, Blackfish! All the cool kids are doing it!

I'm sort of surprised that the High Sparrow would even need this proof that Cersei would come out on top in a trial by combat situation. The zombie Mountain has gotta have a rep. It seems like the High Sparrow could have nixed trial by combat without getting one of his men killed (which they don't seem to "yearn for"
