I don't want them to get together, but I do enjoy what seems to be a sexual tension between them, instigated by when they took a bath together and saw each other naked.

"You have to laugh when there's a scene in a steam room, and even in
there, the men aren't naked! Meanwhile 'sexposition' is a thing because
of the use of female nudity on this show. They should show some dudes
wearing clothes in the shower next week, just to be clear on the double
standard."

good catch!

Door was closed.

lol at sleeping on Tyrion's bed! I believe they are still in the catacombs. I had been waiting for them to be let free, however. If they had been let free off-screen, for some reason, that would be incredibly annoying. But cost-effective.

Ser Davos helped him escape Dragonstone and Melisandre. We last saw him rowing away, promising to eat a bowl of brown for Ser Davos.

I feel you. I just thought it was weird that it was the Blackfish's underling, and not the Blackfish himself, who ultimately decided whether or not to let Lord Edmure in.

Kudos for making the White Walkers pay for their own wall!

I think it was the promise of the reunion with his wife, and with the baby, plus the threat of Jaime catapulting the baby over the wall if Edmure didn't step in line. That being said, I was surprised Edmure cooperated.

Did anyone else think it was weird that that one guy was super-duper sure that the Blackfish was NOT head of Riverrun, and that, in fact, Edmure was? Had he just finished perusing the small print on the deed to the castle?

Today's "trial by combat" is being able to hire an entire team of top-notch lawyers.

That reminds me… a bunch of Stannis' army deserted him after Shireen was burned. Wonder if they're available…

The House of Black & White is seeking a new head of PR…

Yes! The scene between Pod and him felt like filler… even though Bronn is my favorite.

I think part of the reason they had her get stabbed was so that she would have a reason to be reunited with Lady Crane.

Has anyone watched, "The Bletchley Circle"? (It's really good, btw!) I was watching Series 2, thinking that I recognized one of the actresses from Game of Thrones. It was… the Waif! That steely expression is unmistakable.

I think you must be the only person on earth whose favorite movie John Hughes movie is Home Alone 2.

re: sad, sad Exelon plaza: no dancers, but just depressed middle management. Exelon plaza now contains the Chase building, and I temped there recently, at JPMorgan, for a couple of months. People really do sit on the steps like that, looking despondent.
NEEDS MOAR DANCING!

I tried watching this show - just the pilot - and it was just driving me nuts. Too self-conscious somehow, and more random than funny. Do things get better? I want to support it, because I like the fact that the protagonist isn't 23.

I'm not convinced that Loras will fight, but I feel the choice of Lancel is entirely out of left-field. Has there been any mention ever of him being a fighter? It's also, true, though, that Loras beat the Mountain through cheating… after which the Mountain killed his own horse and tired to kill Loras, only being
