The album to me is an A-.

Yeah… there's a ton of them.  Examples…
Elvis Costello
Bob Dylan
The Troggs
Lindsey Buckingham
Cheap Trick
The Beatles
Marvin Gaye
Kiss
Savage Garden
Robert Palmer
Janet Jackson
Concrete Blonde
Cee Lo Green
etc.

People who think black people are more associated with uneducated, violent and criminal behavior would surely see the case one way.  And people who think that black people are always targeted, hated and hunted without cause would see it another way.  And yet neither has a complete picture of what really happened but

The Trayvon Martin verdict has to be one of the most amazing moments in recent history.  People see this case so differently depending on what your prejudices are.  And almost everybody is certain even though they don't have any certainties to support their assumptions.  It's kind of incredible and pretty damn sad if

Oh sure… he still did some really good stuff (although I would probably disagree with you based on your list above about what was good vs. not so good).  But that early period between This Year's Model and Imperial Bedroom is pretty universally loved (and for good reason).

His debut is ok.  But he didn't start really cooking until he got the Attractions and did This Year's Model.  And actually that sort of didn't last long really.  I mean he wrote so much brilliant stuff in a short period of time and then sort of flamed out and spent the next 35 years as an Elvis Costello impersonator.

Ever been to Wahlburgers?

And ELO's "Everybody's Born to Die" (which is a great lost track from the same album (also "Dreaming of 4000").

This movie used to freak me out.

Yeah they showed his image on everything.  But do you understand the concept of being on the cover of Rolling Stone as a thing?

So DE919… do you read Rolling Stone for it's investigative articles?  Do you pick up the magazine because of the covers that show those serious hard news articles?  Probably not that 2nd one at least because they almost never have that as the cover.  They have rock stars and actors.  That's because they are an

The media really blew this one (and practically everything) out of proportion.  It's sort of scary how the media is now conservative mouthpiece yelling back and forth with liberal mouthpiece instead of rational objectivity.

Is t-shirt really capitalized?  Is it 'T-shirt' or is it 't-shirt?'

The Abbey was great.

Yes I do!  Well that's cool.  And I'm a huge fan of a bunch of bands in town and see music as often as I can.  It's probably the greatest music sort of experience one can have… live local music in a small club.  And I love performing myself (even if my audience is very small).  Lots of great recordings being made

I love music and I am a musician (and I love musicians).  That's how I know how little loved me and my kind are and how even more hopeless it all has become.

Eagleheart is the best show on Adult Swim!

It's over musicians.  Sorry about that.  I feel your pain deeply.  But generally nobody cares about you.  They just want some music.  And they aren't going to pay for it now or ever again.  Not like they used to.  An entire generation has grown up with free and that isn't going to stop.  And for every musician who

Ok I read the huffington post thing.  So it probably isn't cool that folks were cut because of arrest records vs. actual convictions.  On the other hand… many of those people had some serious charges against them!  Oh entertainers and your criminal ways.

Wouldn't they ask any of their contestants about background, arrests, etc.?  What does 'goes out of its way' mean?   You are a contestant on a tv show.  Answer the damn question or go back to obscurity already!
