Ok I read the huffington post thing.  So it probably isn't cool that folks were cut because of arrest records vs. actual convictions.  On the other hand… many of those people had some serious charges against them!  Oh entertainers and your criminal ways.

Wouldn't they ask any of their contestants about background, arrests, etc.?  What does 'goes out of its way' mean?   You are a contestant on a tv show.  Answer the damn question or go back to obscurity already!
