They do contribute to schools and have a number of programs. I can't remember what they are but I remember reading about them when I went to the actual museum.

You should see the way I walk.
I know about the history of music. And while I appreciate Dr. John's musical legacy… as far as "ROCK" music goes… I would most definitely put in J. Geils before inducting yet another act leaning toward jazz. Just as I would think in a Rock Hall… bands that performed rock music should have a better shot than another…
Dr. John has done some good stuff. But he's much more of a novelty act than J. Geils. Nevertheless… I don't despise him as much as I do Bon Freakin' Jovi or LL WTF Cool J.
Cleveland is a beautiful city. I hate the Beastie Boys but would support them being inducted…….. YEARS AFTER SOME REAL ROCK LEGENDS ARE THAT IS!
So FantasticBastard you a big Bon Jovi fan?
No way. They are one of the best live bands of all time. They were able to create something real and alive honoring the past while forging into the future.
J. Geils Band is 50 million times better than…
Bon Freakin' Jovi
Beastie Freakin' Boys
Dr. Freakin' John
LL WTF Cool J
Donna Freakin' Summer
Cool generation
These guys are cool. Plant is one of the coolest. But so many of these guys from this generation have such a great outlook on life and art. Inspirational.
Well… I can look forward the third one maybe? Perhaps Holmes will have to create a suit of metal to stop the evil Nathaniel Essex from his mad experiments?
I liked the first one!
I hope the 2nd one is good too.
This place is like a "Tea Party" style mob over P&R
Ron Swanson 2012?
Got cha!
Understood. You didn't like the show.
I seriously don't get how it's offensive at all. Nobody was played to be an idiot except the white American guy who is in over his head. Maybe that's what offends you? Are you a white American guy?
The problem with Studio 60 to me though was that it was about a comedy show… and yet it wasn't funny at all.
Yes but not laughing is not the same as being predisposed to hating this show because of some perceived racial or cultural intolerance or something.
All 4 shows were great. Including "Outsourced!"
I expected Studio 60 to be good and 30 Rock to be crap when they both debuted. I was shocked to find the 30 Rock pilot to be pretty funny and the Studio 60 pilot to be ponderous and unfunny.
Some people are way too sensitive. I laughed quite a bit last night. I thought all the characters seemed pretty cool. I thought that one chick in the call center was pretty hot too. It was a set up episode… but still… pretty good first episode I think.
