I can't help this digression, but it was on preceding Sleepy Hollow: tonight's episode of Heroes was sunlighting Zach Levi.

That's a very big plot hole for me. However, I can understand not wanting to go into a whole "how to get documents for the undocumented" issue on a show this lightweight.
