My favorite God avatar was Kathryn Joosten. Television without pity (miss it!) referred to her as Mrs. Landingod.

Liquor and more. Where's the more?

delightful

I love hearing Debra Jo Rupp's real voice after all those years of Kitty Foreman. (Ha. Ha. Ha. Ha.)

the way he called Michael "Dad" made me grin.

Furguson is in the file cabinet, making fluffies. (What IS that smell?)

Sure Thing by Foster and Lloyd

I'm sorry, but the opposite to EDM is not Enya. They live with Jess of the showtunes and that's the best they can come up with? Also, we noticed that Winston was wearing a peculiar short sleeved sweater instead of a bird shit. That's a betrayal, New Girl.

For me, its simply that I have an aversion to "righteous bad-assery". Vigilante action is scary as hell, because self-appointed guardians of justice can just as easily be rage filled maniacs as they can be defenders of the victimized.

Bell's scrupulousness was awesome.

what a life and legacy! RIP Ms Tovar.

such a good journalist will be missed

Top storm related TV episode for me is when John Slattery's character was impaled with a white picket from an uprooted fence on Desperate Housewives.

When Shinwell was trying on Sherlock's clothes, I couldn't suspend my disbelief that they could possibly be the same size.

I HATED that Sherlock instigated a framing plot. I have very little sympathy for vigilante "justice", and none for blatantly illegal acts such as planting evidence. The whole vigilante plot had me seething, but Sherlock's capper with his Bali cop corespondent just enraged me.

the CMA community has been assy to the Dixie Chicks for over a decade, and now they crap on Beyonce as well. Instead of defending the inclusion of a top flight performer on their program, they cave to bigots. Not a class act CMA.

when Kate told the young girl that she rarely speaks to her mother anymore, and then the scenes from next week showed calling someone on the phone, I hoped that the mother-child relationship would get more examination. I look forward to that.

Fogelman's creations Galavant and The Neighbors were both quite different from the the "heartfelt" schtick you describe. Maybe he's just better at comedy? My favorite moment in this episode, by the way, was when Kevin apologized for snotting all over the widow. I never knew snot could be used as a verb.

The worst pizza I ever had was bar-b-que chicken pizza. Bar-b-que has no place on pizza ever!

Even better than "A poop emoji" was Sherlock's reply, "I thought it was ice cream." The great Holmes didn't know something, and Bell kindly let it pass. Very nice.
