they haven't been cancelled yet. I won't give up on the Neighbors until I absolutely have to.

I've never liked the Reggie/Amber romance storyline, but Amber's speech about what Reggie would be like as a human had a lot of soul to it. And I laughed every time someone wondered what hole the baby would use to exit Larry.

he commented on that in interviews about Raising Hope; he started in comedy, and people thought he was comedy guy. He started getting bad guy parts and people only saw him as bad guy. I first became aware of Dillahunt in Life as the creepy mobster, so I was surprised and happy with his portrayal of Burt Chance. I

I didn't recognize the pun while watching (shame) but it delights me.

the Burt/Hope food fight "lesson" was great.

I liked the episode, but even if it had been bad it would get a pass for introducing me to the term "turtle cozy".

the buddy using the painting line was a crack-up

Was that Julia Duffy? Inspired casting for a Dallas Royce family member.
Loved the Noah/Fred interaction. (I want more Sheila's Pets)

Cloris Leachman is gorgeous, but her hippie makeup did her no favors. The peace sign on her face looked like a cancerous growth. I marvel at her willingness to look stupid for our entertainment.

work it

Medium fan club…I couldn't come up with a reason for the blond page boy wigs and it bugged me. Thank you.
The moustache ball looked extra suave on Biederman.
Dalia's participation in Malik's proposal consisted of walking across the hall while texting, with her poster tucked under her arm. Very funny.

TV needs more Eddie Steeples.

I like New Girl, but there truly are many ICK moments, and I find Mindy Project unwatchable—22 minutes of ICK interrupted by commercials.

Steve Howie was great in that show.

Not only acceptable, mandatory. Jangly guitars for all!

when they committed to going meta, they really COMMITTED.

hat montage: when Randy tries on a beret, of course he busts out some mime.

punch the programmer, not the baby.
