Great movie, but…
…the climactic battle with the Joker doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. It seems like the only reason Batman chases the Joker after saving Andrea is that they share an animosity that has been established in the TV show. Joker has very little to do with the actual conflict that drives the movie,

Rodeo Clown: That's interesting… I think that's the first I've heard of the "ashcan" album, although I'm sure there are plenty more out there.

Ms. Adequate: Are you referring to Outside? I don't hear any dense casings of 80s style arrangements and overproduction on Toy.

Best Bowie since Outside, I reckon. The songs that showed up on Heathen sound better here. The production sounds less modern and slick, which I think suits the songs.

Bulletstorm
Is there a playable demo of Bulletstorm? I'm hoping it plays as fun as it looks.

Agreed. The Office got a lot worse than this in its 4th season, and it seems to have rebounded nicely. And I like the new guy, but that is probably just because I rarely encounter a Canada joke that I don't laugh at.

Yeah, it's kind of insane to me that a band featuring the main members of Handsome Furs and Sunset Rubdown actually exists. Also, I definitely agree with your above post about this being a good year for Canadian music. 6 of my top 20 are Canadian, and there's a few more that came close (Malajube and Said the Whale

I probably put too much thought into this.
20. The Mountain Goats - The Life of the World to Come
19. Matt & Kim - Grand
18. The Wooden Sky - If I Don't Come Home You'll Know I'm Gone
17. Cuff The Duke - Way Down Here
16. Andrew Bird - Noble Beast
15. Volcano Choir - Unmap
14. Dinosaur Jr. - Farm
13. The Rural Alberta

Agreed about the Canadian football part, but then I'm a sucker for a Canada joke. This is largely responsible for my love of How I Met Your Mother. Also, I just noticed that I managed to misspell my own username in my previous comment. Go me.
