Interesting point, especially since Hank strikes me as the very last person in the world who would ever want an infant around.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but he has never shown anything but indifference for Holly before this episode.

Disagree that it was obvious.  The cold open from the first episode hasn't paid off.  Other comments here seem to align that it was a surprise ending.
