Angel-as-evil was too broad in Power Play, that was my main complaint about that part of the storyline as well. Although, if Angel was granted a sixth season, Whedon and co. probably would have slowed down Angels "turn" and made it more believable.

I think the name of the season finale is Valar Morghulis. I think Jaquen will give her the coin then, or they'll  Book 3 semi-spoiler switch out the Hound with Jaquen and have Arya accompany Jaquen to Braavos, instead of traveling alone.

I think  Theon's men would spot the raven (or Theon himself) which would cause suspicion, since he might not have ordered any messages sent at that time.

It was CoK. When Asha visits Theon after taking Deepwood Motte she tells Theon why taking Winterfell was a waste of time ( Greyjoys/Ironborn not that great at horse riding/ mounted warfare,  hostile forces in each of the castles surrounding Winterfell).

Have you tried your local library? Also: after the first three arcs or so, Season 8 becomes unreadable. I though it was weird how they would make a big deal about getting big name guest stars (ex. Alfre Woodard) but do nothing with them. They could never integrate their guest stars fully into the plot. The best job they did was with Vanessa Williams.

Comic spoilers

I didn't mind a small mention of King, but when the series became "SAVING STEPHEN KING IS CRUCIAL TO THE EXISTENCE OF THE UNIVERS(ES)" the books suffered.
