My fervent hope is that the puppet/chessmaster of this whole thing is David Tate from Prison. See he INTENDED to get arrested. All part of the game. Galvan is just a pawn in Tate's game. But then, we all are.

Hey - Ray would TOTALLY bone your wife. That's respect right?

Start going to re-enactments. Or is it his white-knight characteristics that are hot to you?

First episode of the season.

Well done sir.

What the heck was that thing that Linder was getting ready for next week? Was he going to torture the guy with a hot rock? My lizard used to love those things.

No - if there's anything more hot than Diane Kruger sexy time, it's choke-sex time with Diane Kruger. Not specifically that choke sex is hot, but it can be kind of hot when a girl is a little dysfunctional in that way. It did kind of feel like I was watching an episode of Archer though, with all the ads for Married

Maybe he thinks Alaska is another country. I almost thought Monty Flaggman's response was like "Uh, why would you need a passport?"

Charlotte pretty much protected him.

I saw it coming in the middle of his conversation with Adriana and Daniel - he had that "I'm just going to blow my brains out" look on his face.

I like how we pretty much lost all sympathy for him this week - which is hard to imagine since we saw him LOSE AN EAR on camera. But he's very much the prick.

I was surprised that Charlotte was okay with all of that - but I think she truly doesn't want to take the lead in all this if she doesn't have to. She's content to let Ray do so - but she also knows Ray has colossally poor judgment.

Sloth! Maybe they'll have Lindner doing the Truffle Shuffle.

I don't get the hate for Lis Wiehl.I don't think it was possible to tell that she was saying there was a sound legal basis for the idea as much as she was explaining legal premise.
I found Mika Brzezinski's unexplained hostility more entertaining.

That line and the subsequent reaction were priceless

Anyone know what the elaborate fucking wooden structure with the noose attached was?

It makes me really uncomfortable when things get physical on the show for that reason. Although Nathan knew he could get away w/that with the lawyer in a way he probably couldn't with the PI.

I think the pin scene was another allusion to Butterflies. Butterfly hobbyists usually use those kinds of pins to mount butterflies. This, in turn, seems to play into the larger season long theme of taxidermy/death as metamorphosis. It'll be interesting to see what happens with ti.

There was some sort of meta-foreshadowing with the sex scene at the beginning. It will be better next week.

It's been awhile since I've been to Florida. Is it really that packed with guys like Ray?
