My input:
What's wrong with a Short Circuit 3? Do we really need a reboot when the precedent for sequels was already laid out?

It was an amazing example of what could be done with Flash on a limited TV budget. I wish more shows had taken that route, but I'm not really seeing any.

Staaaaaan Daaaarsh!

When the writers trot out the old "why do you care so much about a fictional character" excuse it's clear they don't have a legit argument to stand on.

I recall an excitement in the air during the trailer, then open laughter at the big exciting title reveal.

Who in hell would recognize a baseball game broadcast that quickly? It's not like the score was 25-4 or a player got struck by lightning or something.

I believe the part about the technology not being there.

Why, WHERE'S WALLACE?!

Nothing is 100%. Go with your gut; take a damn chance.

I'd love to see the same marketing blitz for that film that they used for this one, where they bank heavy on nostalgia. Just to see the big, exciting reveal in the trailer and have the audience go "…who?"

Yeah, try it EIGHT MORE TIMES.

I recently watched the behind-the-scenes features on YouTube, and they put 'Elliot's' audition tape in there. THAT might be the most devastating thing about the film, and I can see why he got the job.

Aloha!

I heard he illustrated the cool parts with a screwdriver.

This scene has stuck with me more than any other…

Sorry, was she pro or con?

I remember trying to rationalize the evolutionary steps of the Sinclair family.

Good call on the show having an air of surrounding doom. I remember they were pretty frank about DEATH being common and something people just accepted. I'm thinking specifically about tossing their elderly into some kind of lava pit (?) and it's apparently this normal thing.

COULDN'T BE

Who, me?
