I have a stupid fondness for Aaron Burr, left over from a ridiculous AP US history project.

I'm obsessed.  I have been since their first album came out, and I don't know who they sold their souls to, but they just get better and better.

My friend gave me two of his books this weekend!  Don't remember the titles, but I'm looking forward.

:)

There are two episodes that specifically touch on Hathaway's sexuality:  one is in series 2 (angst over the death of a boy who reminds himself of a college friend) and one is in either series 4 or 5, when a childhood friend/playmate comes out of the woodwork to complicate his investigation with her feminine wiles.

I think I love the grumpy cliche police chief even more because she's a woman.  And her name is Innocent.

It makes me giggle every time I agree with a pocket monster whose face is genitals, but yes, totally.

@avclub-efb3d8be0319721ef751da0b05d9f6a5:disqus    Absolutely.  That's what I was trying to say, but you said it better.

I feel that I am a combination of Megara (from Hercules) and Nani.  Because I am a big sister and I would kill anyone who hurt her.

::sniff::

That or watching it happily when someone else owns a copy and decides I should see it.

All of John Adams' rants about Congress are still true today…

Yes, absolutely.   I think I even like their parodies better than their original films, but I haven't seen them in a long long time.  But the Muppets Take Manhattan is kind of flawless.

Yes, I've been thinking a lot about anachronism in Disney lately.  I think that Aladdin suffers from it really badly as well.  They tried to make Jasmine fierce and spunky and relatable by having her buck her father's plans for marriage, but to me (as an adult) she reads as spoiled and pampered and naive and rather

SO MUCH.

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes please see it!!!

OH MAN, can we talk about Lewis?    Did you finish out the season?   It's reportedly the last one, although they did leave it relatively open-ended.

Ugh, still no Bunheads.  I refuse to give up hope!   I'm not totally desperate!  It will be renewed!  Right?

Oh, and as I posted on Thursday's What's On Tonight:  I got hired to teach drama on Wednesday!

Oh man, EVERYONE says to watch Hannibal.   I'm not super into gore, but I like Bryan Fuller.   Then again, I'm still behind on Game of Thrones, Mad Men, Shameless, and Orphan Black…
