My nearest theatre is 15 miles away, and I've been twice this year. Once to see Taken 2.

This is great. I can't enjoy action films where the plot is incomprehensible and secondary to the action (i.e. Recent Bond movies). That's why I love John Carpenter's old stuff (Escape from New York being a movie I'd definitely add to this list).
