I hate the new like button, but I had to give it to beet on this one,
I've seen that episode at least 20 times and I never got that one.  What I like about the show is it's almost half double entendres, but they don't play them up with a rimshot and laugh track.  They're willing to let a great gag slip by unnoticed.

In totally tolerable news, Lady Gaga is going to guest star on the Simpsons and kiss Marge.  Simpsons fans rejoice.

I think it's part of the whole issue where Michael only hears what he wants to hear and not what GM actually says. 
Like when GM says, "I love my cousin" and Michael replies, "I love you, too, pal"

I don't hate it but it's definitely my least favorite storyline of the show.
