Akira was the only thing I thought of by the end of the film. Well, also DBZ and Evangelion. The anime references were off the charts.

This pictures deserves O'Neal's trademark big red YES.

When I read "Ignition" I thought we were getting an old-school Offspring track.

The workprint copy is by far more entertaining than the final cut (I didn't have to watch the final cut to make this choice). The stunt wires were mostly visible, the effects looked like South Park action sequences and there were notes all over the screen about what should go where. I loved it!

I'm making a gimmick account called Patton Oswalt's Cell Phone.

This is all well and good but when do we get a Criterion release of Mothra vs. Godzilla? There are so many poignant moments and a great political subtext to that film.

Mine was filled with purple stuff. Right next to the Sunny D.

That was clever so I 'liked' it.

Some day we'll get a film called "For the Record" that'll handle this material.
