Yes. I like Chris; I like Ann; I can see me liking Chris and Ann. Heck, I did the first time when I understood why and how it happened and what it was. But every Ann & Chris scene now is colored for me by how Chris went from sperm donor to true love with seemingly no in-between steps. Their story was quite enjoyable

I think one of the reasons people didn't buy the final scene being real, despite all the in-film indications that it totally is, is that nobody really bought the romance between Selina and Bruce as a lasting thing. The other reason is Inception had come out and Nolan wasn't going to trick them, not this time, no sir.

I definitely see Nolan wanting to tell a "Last" Batman story, hence why he shoehorns the Dark Knight Returns stuff in there. But I don't think he wanted to kill Bruce, because there's a running thread through the Nolan movies that while being Batman is something Bruce has to do now, it's also something he needs to get

"The fuck did I do?" - Cooper

Penn State's football aesthetics are great/hilarious. They look like they went into a costume shop and bought its stock of "FOOTBALL PLAYER" products while their mascot seems to have been sewn the night previous by the waterboy's mom. I love it.

I think Belichick is a horrible person, but seeing his quiet
contempt for his fellow man turned against the sports press can be a real treat.

I'm quite liking this series. This one was really enjoyable. Please keep it up!

Man of Steel was such a tough assignment too. He had to create something that conveys both the idea of Superman and the weird dour tone of the film all while avoiding the shadow of the John Williams theme. He did a great job.

People seem to enjoy the humor/characters in the Lego video games; is anybody who worked on those involved with the movie? At the very least, the animation should look good.

I think you really need to just take a chill pill on Up and Wall-E; you're not even the intended audience for those movies and you are sitting here judging them on artistic merit?

I'd also say Death Proof has some really solid picks, and I love that Rick Ross track for Django.

One of the worst aspects of pilot season is every network tries to grab up all the actors at the same time, most of them for shows that won't even see air, making it extremely difficult to put together a cast of all winners. Then there's the thing where people on bubble shows don't know whether to commit to a pilot or

They sometimes hit on some good choices (hooray Brooklyn 9-9!), but HFPA is still guided by their particular biases and corrupt as all get-out.

Best Picture - Drama director Steve McQueen should count as a person.

Cheadle is normally great. House of Lies is not.

"Uh ohh!"

I think they're trying to be one of those.

I don't get all the hand-wringing in the live chat over Andy Samberg winning that category. Remember that the other options would be Don Cheadle for House of Lies, Michael J. Fox for Michael J. Fox Show, Jim Parsons for Big Bang Theory, or Jason Bateman for Arrested Development 2.0.

I liked season one enough to continue on to the next, but I didn't truly get on board until season two.

My question on reading the nominees: Downton Abbey is on cable?
