@Big_Knife:disqus Is this the first time Jerry's wife has actually physically appeared on the show?

Yeah, I have no problem with the grades that have been assigned Parks and Rec this season, because that's a dumb thing to do, but I've mostly had a lower opinion of this season than the reviewer and my fellow AV Club commenters. This is the only time this season that I believe that I've given an episode a higher…

"In fact, the unspoken intimacy of their platonic friendship is one of the joys of the show, and very rarely seen with M/F relationships on TV." Agreed. The very first episode I saw of Parks and Rec was the "Summer Magazine" episode or whatever, but towards the end of the episode Leslie and Ron meet at JJ's for…

This is probably the first time this season that I've felt an episode of Parks and Rec got too low of a grade. This season has been good, but on the whole it's been a step down from past seasons for me, whereas this episode, while it might not have had any moments as deeply moving as Ben's proposal to Leslie was very…

This was WAY more "adult-themed" than the tree episode, but the tree episode was also better than this one. I mean, maybe I'm just kinda new to this show, but I'd have given that tree episode an A-, Marc Marron's squirrel was hilarious. This episode on the other hand, funny, but probably more of a B to me.

I mean, I don't honestly watch too many cartoons, but I mean back in the day I feel like Ren and Stimpy got away with a lot more than Adventure Time gets away with. I'm referring of course to Ren and Stimpy's Nickolodeon run, not the adult-themed Spike shit.

I'm sorry to be responding to a 7 month-old comment, but I also like the way that it almost sounds like the cow is just moo-ing for like half a second until you realize that it's saying "Oooooh my glob".
Ultimate players almost never use Wham-O discs (or refer to their own discs as "frisbees" in the generic sesnse) anyway.

I know this is a week-old comment, but "frisbee" is technically a trademarked name by the company Wham-O, which retains the exclusive rights to refer to its discs as "frisbees". Any other company just refers to it as a "flying disc", including Discraft, which is the brand of choice for most people at least…

I don't really listen to jazz, but I think the mash-up certainly sounded a bit too crazy. I think it was meant to just be another of the charmingly amusing quirks of Pawnee's public radio. Still, it's just so hilarious. Even in a (in my opinion) marginally weaker than usual season like this, it's the little things…
