If you've seen neither film then watch Dredd first and The Raid second and you'll love them both I reckon.  The Raid's undoubtedly superior, but I also think that Pulp Fiction is a far better film than Reservoir Dogs but I'm still glad I've seen them both if you see what I mean.

It's a great film, if you're a fan of the comics then it's easily a B+ movie.  I love this site so much that it kinda depresses me when it's view of stuff is so far out of kilter with my own, luckily it doesn't happen much..
