Are we splitting hairs, here dude? They were threatening castration!

I was actually expecting him to get sniped during the reading of the Miranda Rights.
The big issue I have with the fact that Kiera's son keeps showing up is that the only feasible way for him to appear is in flashback. It's one thing when Lost has to deal with the fact that the actor playing Walt is growing much faster than the character (due to Lost's telescoping weeks or at most months of story…
Erm… Curtis Chen, unless I misinterpreted something, showed up in the last scene of the season finale, apparently working alongside the Freelancers (who'd earlier stolen his body). So it would seem that he's one dead character who's come back. And given that Travis has at least flatlined in the past and wound up…
Dunno. But I'm sure as hell not going to be the one to hold the measuring tape.
Take note of what Scorpius is humming the first time we see him in this episode. Utterly brilliant.
My assumption was that "Banik" was the name of the species, but that "Stykera" was an entirely different categorization, possibly limited to a subset of Baniks, but there could be non-Banik Stykera out there. Think of "Stykera" a bit like "Jedi".
Gotta say, I really enjoyed the episode that Syfy aired on August 16th ("Second Guess"). The world-building and shifting alliances of the characters are just great, and I'd love to see more coverage from the AV Club.
"I suggest you bring down a basket with no holes, so that Crichton's liquid remains are not lost."
Nah, best Goth goes to Bernard Horsfall. Chiana gets honorable mention, though.
Hungry like Bad Wolf.
What was the name of that other robot on Buck Rogers that they brought in for the second season? Oh yeah….
Given that he's an aquatic life form, Rygel's reaction when nervous makes a certain degree of sense. But that's probably hydrogen, not helium.
The Time Meddler?
I'll see your "A tear Sarah Jane," and raise you "I might regenerate. It feels different this time…. Adric?"
Leisure Hive isn't that bad. Especially not when you compare it to Meglos.
Is that Alan Moore in the screengrab?
Since he (presumably) has no Apokoliptian connection in this series, any guesses as to what the "G." in "G. Gordon Godfrey" stands for? I'm guessing it's "Glenn" for some reason.
Honorable mention to Catherine O'Hara's second time hosting, where a one-night stand following a costume party is revealed to have occurred despite the fact that the guy dressed as JFK (Kevin Nealon) didn't realize that O'Hara's character was dressed as Marilyn Monroe, rather than Madonna.
Is this the first time the show has actually named the fictional president within it? Because it explained sooooo much.
