Anyone ever see the episode of "The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" where Pooh and co. fall into a well and land in a place called Wishland where, on your birthday, any wish you make is instantly granted? I spent the summer of my 4th year desperate to find a well to venture into so I could go there, much to my

I'm looking (really looking…a lot) at the picture above, and I don't think that that's practical battle gear.

I'm a huge fan of David Sedaris, but I did not like C.O.G. at all. Sedaris's writing is funny in a dark, weird way, but the film adaptation of his work, without his dry wit to guide the narrative, came off as a lifeless, depressing, boring series of vignettes without much to connect them.

I liked the first two, but lost interest after the 3rd one came out. Babies ruin everything. I enjoyed the Puss in Boots movie though.

Aw, I don't think there's anything wrong with having a little light-hearted fun.

To be fair, they're in films targeted primarily towards kids, so they have to be relatively "simple". While the older princesses (especially Snow White) are pretty problematic, you can't deny that the themes of their stories are at the very least intended to be positive.

I think it was the final cut of Blade Runner for me (I'm a wimp). I saw the director's cut on VHS in high school, but the final cut included the extended scene of Batty killing Tyrell, in which the bloody eye gouging is actually shown.

Anna - Margaery
Belle - Talisa
Megara - Shae
Kida - Osha
Snow White - Doreah?

Full House without Michelle would have been a better Full House.

Wait, are you saying that you can have more than one black character in a film adaptation of a comic book series?

Fantastic Babies!

Cinnamon Scudworth is one of the most quotable cartoon characters ever.

I cried when Michael Jackson died, I'm not too proud to admit that. For about a month after he passed, I was in denial. I insisted that it was all an elaborate publicity stunt, because he was probably getting cold feet about his upcoming tour.

SOOO GOOD!

Teen Girl Squad and Whitney Houston!

But was it wiggedy wack, or just regular type?

Being a Ukrainian gal myself, I dislike the things about Eastern Europe that I relate to the most. I've seen enough tearaway pants to last me a lifetime.

The East Germans were the villains, not the Swiss.

A lovely tribute to some of the most noteworthy Russians of all time: Tchaikovsky, Tolstoy, the Constructivists, Stravinsky, and t.A.T.u.

Ha, I totally forgot about series 7. I reluctantly got through Fire, but never finished after witnessing the cruel and stupidly-written end of Naomily's story. I always liked Cassie too, so I guess I'll need to finish off the last few episodes at some point.
