I seriously hope she takes the offer, AND that she can't tell her husband.  Not that The Monarch wouldn't find out eventually through some ridiculous happenstance, I just like the idea of her being in on the Guild's machinations without his knowledge.

Captain Hair versus Scalpula!

Exactly!  I'm like "show me the damn Dalek!" — mainly because I was picturing a 300-foot tall Dalek edifice of some kind, towering over the maze, not just another maze in the shape of a Dalek.

Or a Port-o-John painted to look like a Tardis.

Intoleranception!

Which of course means that if she saw him again and expressed interest, he would disbelieve her and tell her he didn't need her pity, thus reinforcing his isolation.

Rusty's also jealous of his brother's competence and probably thinks his father would have liked Jr. more.  Jonas Jr. may think that too, but I have a feeling there would be some shades of Tywin/Tyrion in a meet-up between Sr. and Jr.

*Terrance and Phillip special airs instead of answer*

I'm liking Hatred more too, which probably means they're gonna start writing him out (boooo).  My favorite Hatred moment this ep was post-crash when Rusty calls for help, and we see Hatred on Rusty's wrist communicator deadpanning ". . . I'm here with you."  Laughed so hard at that.

Surely that would be Whalestrum.

I've been holding out for Bearnado versus Beecano.

Say what you will about Dean's angsty-ness, but I like that he seems to be paying more attention to things.  Like the tanks the precogs were in — shaped in a V.  He does the V thing with his fingers and the precogs respond, but since this was apparently Rusty's "lab away from lab", could those tanks have been the 1st

I kinda thought the fact that the hat-wearing investigators turned out to be the shapeshifting Investors meant that she might have switched actual allegiance to them, only pretending to switch to Hunter Gathers' side, possibly even selling out Monstroso to them.  Which would make her a triple- or quadruple-agent?

No reason they couldn't re-reverse by saying that the shapeshifter had the real Bowie sub in for him while taking care of something on the side and either got killed or caught up in some imbroglio, leaving the real Bowie to keep up the pretense of being himself while leading the Guild.

Shit out 15 more and boom, homemade billiards!

Alternately, maybe all of the shapeshifters are members of The Investors, making them ultimately (secretly?) in charge of the Guild.  They could be prostitutes on the weekends, though, for kicks.  And tips.

Eat them first, before they eat you?  Seems like a sensible approach.  They must not find themselves delicious, though, or Omicron Persei 8 would be uninhabited.  Sorta puts the lie to 'you are what you eat' though.

The kazoo was great, as were the other silly sounds, but I about fell down when the giraffe came on.

I was hoping for a beer hat with tentacles.

Weirdly, the tv guide that came with my Sunday paper (analog news? gasp!) lists a new Hannibal episode in its usual airtime, but the on-air schedule lists America's Got Talent.  Odds are it's AGT and the paper just got it wrong, but I may tune to NBC for a millisecond at 10pm just to confirm (can't watch AGT, it
