Did you put down sawdust after?

Wouldn't have minded seeing Lisa blasting her Meow Mix out the window of her bumpin' car from last week.

I sure as shit hope so — even if Nymeria's just tracking the group as they travel, staying hidden until just the right moment.

The White Walkers' production of Equus is a bit more brutal than most.

"Wait — false alarm, everyone.  It's just three nines!"

How do you know it won't?

Varys' expressions were killin' me in that scene — eyeroll, weariness, exasperation, confusion, amusement.  So glad to have him back.

Those dragons are her children, so yeah, no way is she gonna leave even one behind.  I say she'll take the city with the Unsullied and command the dragon she "sells" to the slavemaster to burn him and his pals alive.  Maybe she'll even go full free-the-slaves on Astapor.

Loved that scene: Tyrion and Bronn, jaded whore-fuckers both of 'em, reduced to eager schoolboys asking Pod for deets.  And unlike the reviewer, I found it to be a necessary moment of levity in an otherwise dark episode as well as an interesting point of character development for all three of them.

Partridge, severed hand — eh, meat is meat.

You probably meant Carl from Walking Dead, but I pictured Carl from ATHF.

Agreed on Alison — she was much less one-note this time, and I liked the background on her relationship with Beth.  I also thought her reaction to being hit by Sarah was great.  It was like she'd never really been hit before and was freaking out.

I was almost expecting the other detective (Deangelis?) to get shot when they were examining the scene where the German got shot.  Potentially similar-enough looking to Sarah from far enough away, if someone was in a hurry.

That, or Alison's husband might be their stepfather.  (Or the other way round?)

Well yeah, but that's because every ad has kinda hammered home the fact that they're clones.  I'm guessing BBCA wanted that info up front just in case people were like "Whaaat?  A plain ole procedural?" and didn't tune in.

I've been a bit on the fence about this character, since it is often broadly written, but Felix is winning me over.  Agreed that he was probably trying to think of what fun, non-dangerous thing he could do with her kids that would freak Alison out most.  I also totally bought that the kids would have taken to him that

I also enjoyed Sarah having no clue as to how to put on her gun holster in the bathroom, and the uniform cop dissing her.  I mean, she's a quick learner, if her shooting practice with Alison is any indication, but girlfriend is seriously gonna have wiki some shit to play catch up.
