GJI Artlcle Malfunctions, Becomes Lame

RIDE ON SHOOTING STAR

See, I can't handle the repetitiveness of most of their tracks. There's music I like that can feel repetitive, like Animal Collective, but i feel like their songs can still have some changing textures over the repetitive base. Daft Punk is creative, sure, and fun to dance to, but I feel like they get way way way too

I'm aware that Patriot's Day is the local holiday, but it's no accident that they chose that title instead of "Marathon Monday" or "April 15". There was some real xenophobia and bigotry that welled up in the wake of the bombing, and I'm afraid that this movie will stir that back up rather than examine it with the

The trailer got me so upset about how they're treating this story that I feel like I can't go near this movie. The bombing was 3 years ago and change, and it still feels pretty fresh. Not only that, but I feel like it's going to have more of a jingoistic rah-rah vibe to it than feels appropriate.

I heard Sia's "Chandelier" (well after it was a little overplayed) in a Newbury comics over a pretty well-tuned sound system. When the chorus hit, the hairs on the back of my neck shot straight up. Every time I hear that song, I flash back to that visceral reaction and feel it all over again.

It felt gross how much of a transaction it was, on top of damsel-ing her.

I always wanted to check that one out. What makes it so bad? My only point of entry is The Adventure Zone, which isn't super strict rules-wise, but tries to capture the fun of playing a campaign.

"STOP EATing MY SESS-AH-MEE CAKE!!!"

Some of their chord choices were a little off to me, kinda took me out of it since it didn't have the satisfying chord progressions that this song could have had

Especially since there's nothing they'd miss on the bottom of the frame if they tilted up a bit.

He is a public figure that works for ESPN. That means that what he does and says in public can affect ESPN. The fact that he did this on his own account is irrelevant because it's public nature.

The fact that he posted something on his "personal facebook" doesn't change the fact that he is a public figure employed to be on a highly visible TV network. ESPN has the ability to remove an employee who publicly espouses harmful opinions that they find unacceptable. If he wanted, he could have shared this

I don't get the feeling of an original being negatively affected by a remake. The original film of any property will always exist, regardless of any additional films. If anything, a lousy remake reaffirms the strengths of the original.

I was wishy-washy on some of the fake names (Castle Fuckjob = laaazy) but I was won over with Abracabastard and The Human Backpack

Project (Panam)A

I can see that. It's kinda more fun watching them go through the motions than actually try to connect the dots. Holiday is ultimately more powerful as a plot device than as a puzzle to solve. The assassinations by Holiday up the stakes between Falcone and Maroni while maintaining a solid narrative thread, rather

I see what you mean to a point about the detective work. I feel like his flawed belief in Harvey blinds him to the truth, which makes for a good conflict, if not good detective work. And at the end of the day, it's more about the fact that there is a mystery to be solved in this book (than whether Batman does it

That's some tough talk from the King of the Wicker People
