I think you're confused buddy. The Thor 2 tie-in happened in Season 1 during the episode "The Well", which happened before The Winter Soldier. The only film tie-in during S2 was Age of Ultron and even then it wasn't an obvious one and actually preceded the film rather than happen after it.

This C+ rating is perplexing, that arguably the greatest finale in Nu Who. Ok, maybe the mediocre season has blinded me a tad but still, that was awesome.
