It's hard to argue with Lex and Joker. I know, I know, I'm boring. Some other good DCU villains are most of Batman's primo rogues gallery, Dr. Phosphorus, Mirror Master (when written well) and The Shade, though he's more of an anti-hero than anything.

Deadshot is probably one of my top three DCU villains. As such, I would have been pleased to see him if he had done at least one of three things: worn his awesome pre-reboot mask, said anything awful and hilarious like his comics self frequently does, or rocked his amazing pre-reboot facial hair.
