I like Ghostbusters, but "greatest comedy of all time" is a stretch. It's funny, I guess, but not "I laughed for minutes on end" funny.

It's not a loophole. Charities and public businesses are not equal entities.
A theater can certainly keep an eye on someone who looks shifty, but they can't keep them out for that reason alone.
