Matt Mira's mounting frustration that Levar hadn't seen Timescape absolutely killed me. Between this and the Brent Spiner episode, Nerdist is on a roll of great ST:TNG interviews.

Honestly, as much as I love most of Kaufman's films, this seems like it could go terribly wrong. Kaufman is at his best when he's got a strong directorial voice to rein in his more indulgent tendencies (Jonze in Being John Malkovich/Adaptation, Gondry in Eternal Sunshine). With no studio interference and working with…

I've only ever bought TPBs, and not very many of those at that. I can't imagine buying individual comics on a regular basis, it's just way too pricey. I adore comics as a storytelling medium, but the pricing is ridiculous, especially considering the fact that most mainstream stuff tends to be pretty awful.
In this week's MBMBAM news: Garfield's head on Pamela Anderson's body! Possibly the single-greatest Yahoo Answers question the brothers have dug up yet. I was absolutely dying, and the absurdity just kept ramping higher and higher. So unbelievably great that it makes it hard to remember anything else about the…

This week's live show, despite some poor audio quality, was aces, particularly the run of Yahoo Answers questions at the end. "If you're in a car crash with a girl, is it still ok to ask her to the prom when her legs heal?" and "During sexual intercourse, do you put the balls in?" are perhaps two of the funniest…

Yeah, it really is a shame they keep taking time away from answering questions to, you know, make jokes and stuff.

Also, no Craig Ferguson, which is criminal

I think the riff-tastic nature of both podcasts must appeal to the same demographic, because these are definitely my two favorite podcasts.

Somebody linked me to this recently, and it's one of the greatest things I've ever seen. Shatner and Walken as C3PO and R2D2 had me absolutely rolling. Also, Pinky as a stormtrooper addressing Darth Vader. Amazing.

Old Dogs and Bratz are required listening, they're both fantastic. I also have a soft spot for the Limitless episode, particularly the "Limited" movie pitch digression.
