Agreed.

Also: "But what was even more like a drug were the DRUGS."

…Yes?

The Poplarity is Near

Nephew

Just got back from a screening (thanks, AV Club!). I was interested mainly because I thought it'd turn out to be a straight horror movie, and while it isn't that, I really enjoyed where the story went, more than I expected.

Who are the best five rappers of all time?

@Curly: Agreed. The mystery isn't really the point of the story.

Agree with the consensus that this was an interesting interview, and that he's a likeable guy. But I think he was off in his assessment of the poplarity of "Miracles."

It's always nice to hear when a movie actor really researches and prepares for their roles. Makes me respect them more/hate them less for having the job they do. It's also nice to hear that he seems like an affable, interesting guy.

Ben Affleck in the role he was born to play, the Stage Manager!

+1 for the Gone Baby Gone love. Was really impressed with the way it was directed, and with the cast.

Prince did it first
His Purple Majesty already used the devil-as-elevator metaphor in "Let's Go Crazy." The twist is that, in the end, everyone Goes Crazy.

Night of the Living Dummy FTW.

He's great in Charlie Wilson's War, which as others have indicated, is a good, pretty forgettable movie.

Actually, I think PSH sounded like a snot-nosed brat giving antagonistic answers to questions that most film fans would want to ask. "Actually, it's nothing like that." I hate when interview subjects are like that. I understand that you're doing a PR blitz, but be thankful that someone's asking something interesting.

I believe Ever Present's name is an homage to "Pepper" by Butthole Surfers.

Wolfman's got nards!

He's married with a kid.

I can't tell if he's playing dumb or is actually that weird, but I'm pretty sure it's the latter. One of the most frustrating aspects of Cuomo is that he appears unable to acknowledge what seems so obvious…he doesn't see a connection between all that Hurley stuff, and then supposedly randomly naming the title that?
