Cute is probably best way to describe 4…probably what the franchise needed at that point.

And always twirling…twirling toward Justice.

The CW has been in existence for 12 years?!? They did dare to defy the odds.

Alien abduction

Mosquito Coast!

A coworker was telling me about those and I've been meaning to investigate.

Agreed. There for a while I just worshiped Sorkin's writing but then upon reconsideration it became easier to see his "all a woman needs is a good, flawed man to take care of her" worldview. It was even more apparent in "The Newsroom" (which I liked but definitely nowhere close in quality to "West Wing."

I've been watching that one too. I remember catching quite a few episodes when it was coming on at 10p on Cartoon Network about 7-8 years ago and liked it. Definitely nowhere near "Batman: The Animated Series" but I do enjoy some of the creative tweaks given to some of the classic villains — like the Joker and Pengy

I know you didn't list HBO Go, but I just finished Season 1 of The Wire and I'm hooked on it just as I thought I would be.

If you could have a butler, a cook or a chauffeur, which would you choose?

I just want to tell you good luck and we're all counting on you.

Summer is not the fun time to run in Arkansas. It's the humidity. But I try to get 20 or so miles a week. Last race was a half-marathon back in April…probably going to run the July 4 fast 5K (as in the whole course is downhill) they do in Little Rock every year.

Yes! An all-time favorite show that I'm determined to re-watch now but end up watching a few episodes here or there. Last weekend I powered through three in a row one night and you're right…comfort food. I was instantly sucked back into the walk-and-talks and Josh/Donna.

Night of the Comet …such as fun perfect example of 80s B-movie-dom. Remember loving it when I saw it on Showtime or whatever movie channel we had back then. And in the mid 80s, Catherine Mary Stewart…wow.

Went classic-ish rock for my four-mile morning run in the sauna that is mid June in Arkansas today:

But that's not important right now.

Rolling in the deep reference there.

Winnie the blank…

Batman: Do you riddle? You will.

I'm going to need you to make a better case than that on why its the best in the region.
