Went to a class on how to make Manhattans last night. Awesome. Had samples of four different varieties (with different kinds of vermouth and whiskey), followed by a steak dinner served with two Manhattans. It was incredible and tasty.

I hadn't thought about that Coverdale/Page album in years. Wasn't too bad…but I sold the CD for a couple bucks when I was a broke college student in the 90s.
