Yeah, the deleted scene goes: Bean's character walks out of the warehouse after all the other characters leave.  An unmarked van pulls up to him, the door opens, some guys who we've never seen before but who can be assumed to work for Seamus pull him into the van.  The door closes.  We hear a gunshot.

Actually he doesn't.  There's a deleted scene which shows them killing him as soon as he leaves the warehouse.
