You are correct, QP; E-Trade paid her to settle. Probably the right thing to do from a PR/we-don't-want-to-pay-litigation-costs-even-though-we'll-win standpoint, but they're probably kicking themselves after this.
I don't know, but I should look into it. If not, this could be an admission that she is NOT known by the public solely as "Lindsay," thus destroying the already shaky grounds upon which she based her suit.
SPOILER
Also, Eric Balfour gets his long-delayed stint in the opening credits.
Credits
OK, NOW check Buffy's credits next week.
Was this film trying to capture the Dickensian aspect of mental institutions?
This is too good (and relevant enough) not to post. I came across this gem while reading an Illinois federal district court opinion; in a case dealing with deceptive trade practices by a lending institution, the consumers put into evidence a brochure given to them by the lending institution entitled "Things To…
Also, I had this thought immediately after posting, so please be kind if it turns out to be completely half-baked:
I was speaking VERY generally. For the first few years of Buffy, nearly every demon was evil, while from the beginning of Angel, not all demons were bad (or in the words of Kate Lockley, it was a not evil evil thing). People on Buffy had shades of gray and character depth (just look at Wes; the audience hated him…
Maybe the writers temporarily thought they were writing for Buffy? Where human-demon relations were a lot more black and white?
Scrawler,

Things Connor Did in Q'Ortoth
1. Learned to hunt
2. Became the Destroyer
3. Managed the Clearasil account
Next Miracle on 34th St.
Didn't Macy's explicitly say that they didn't want to be affiliated with the remake, thus requiring the use of a fictional store?
Topical TV
I have the same fear about Arrested Development; many of the jokes relate to the time in which the show aired, while others reference the stupidity of concurrent TV shows. It also had a fair amount of meta-humor, making fun of the behind-the-scenes troubles with FOX.
Dr. Zoidberg,
I also loved Tale Spin and credit it for my love of art decco and pre-World War II narratives (Indiana Jones probably helped).
AB: Want to go halfsies on a fallout shelter?
Even though I live in America and my life would be negatively affected by such a thing, I kind of have to agree with you.
Wallflower:
But he'll probably watch Entropy and Seeing Red together. That is also a pretty big one-two punch.
I am of the many that say that Angel's 5th season is its best. Further, the scene in which Angel locks the W&H lawyers in the wine cellar with Darla and Drusilla is a moment I often think of when talking about the show's best moments.
