Another thing to remember is that "worst" is a relative term, and even the "worst" Whedon show is better than the best episodes of certain other shows.

Deleted Scene
The DVDs for Angel Season 3 contain a deleted scene (something rare in these sets) for Waiting in the Wings. I will not spoil it, but you must watch it. It is amazing.
