It wasn't just anyone, it was a known CIA agent.  The guys that were putting her in the room were still there when Carrie arrived.  She walked in, gave them an nod, and they left.  Clearly they knew who she was, and Estes probably hadn't had a chance to tell them to not let her interrogate Moya.

As much as I love this show, I think they may want to quit at the end of this season.  I fear that with the Brody is a terrorist story arc concluded, that it may devolve into season after season of some sort of CIA conspiracy, and will become tired and predictable.

Overall this episode was average for me, and I couldn't believe Barry asking Maddie to take the account numbers to his house knowing she had the CIA tailing her.
