Funny, this was the first episode of the season that I didn't think deserve an A grade.  It was good, very good at times, but the implausibility Mike using a single plastic zip tie to secure Walt ruined it for me.  He knows what Walt's capable of; no way does that decision make any sense at all.

Exactly.  Killing the kid is going to destroy Jesse — and by extension the entire partnership with Walt and Mike.  It's all over now; just a matter of seeing what the collateral damage is.
