Both The X-Files and King of the Hill suffered from GOX's godawful pre-launch marketing. The X-Files looked like it would be Alien Autopsy: The Series and KotH's ads just featured five of six unfunny (when taken out of context) clips as we were told, over and over, "From the creator of Beavis and Butthead."
